Ten years ago, Star Allen and I (with some help from a couple other team members) leased up a 720-bed, 22-story high rise in Mid-town Atlanta in 12 weeks. University House sent us to other properties to assist with their ops and/or leasing. This has been a theme throughout my career. In 2012, Philip Chambers and I convinced 600 kids that lived in their parents' basement to pay $15,000/year to live in the very first student housing property and residence life program at the College of Staten Island.
